HOW TO ENTER/HOW TO WIN:  Each weekday morning, Monday through Friday, Paul and Young Ron prompt listeners to call into the show answer questions, to win prizes. 

You Can’t Win Season 10 Prizes:

  1. 2 year lease on a new Hyundai Elantra SE from Rick Case Hyundai  
  2. 7 night Caribbean cruise aboard any Royal Caribbean International ship sailing from either the Port of Miami or Port Everglades  
  1. JR Dunn Jewelers – a Jude Frances 18kt white and yellow gold, pearl and diamond

One listener each day is picked to play, “You Can’t Win.” If the winner answers (6) questions correctly, they win the entire prize pool listed above.  If they do not answer all of the questions given, they win a T-Shirt.  And, another 6 pack of beer Bud Light Lime is added the pool for the following day’s contest.

The BIG 105.9, You Can’t Win contest line phone number is 1-877-PAULNRON (728-5-6766).  The contest line phone number is toll free in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties; however, it is not acceptable from some independent pay telephones in the tri-county area.  BIG 105.9 FM is not liable for disconnection or any other technical telephone system problem that may affect a participant’s ability to win.  During a phone in contest, the on-air personality will announce which caller they are taking prior to the contest-taking place. 

Winners may win only once during each contest period, one player every thirty days One player each household.

HOW TO CLAIM PRIZE:  All prizes must be claimed at BIG 105.9 FM within 30 days from the date of winning, or prize will be forfeited.  BIG 105.9 FM is located at 7601 Riviera Blvd. Miramar FL 33023.  Winners must sign an Official Winner’s Release Form in order to claim his/her prize, and must present a valid Driver’s License in order to claim prize.  In some cases, winner may need to complete a Trip Release Form.

RESTRICTIONS

  1.  No purchase necessary.

  1. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate and win.
  2. Prizes may be substituted for any other prize. BIG 105.9 can change the

 Prizes or add/delete sponsors at any given time during the contest.  Cash will be awarded in lieu of prize won if prize is not available, unless prize is cash.
   4.  Employees of BIG 105.9 FM, Clear Channel Inc and all subsidiaries and agencies of such entities and their immediate families not eligible to win.

  1. Prize is not transferable.  Winner responsible for all taxes, tags, titles, dealer fee’s and other expenses not specified herein and for properly claiming the prize.
  2. The winner acknowledges and agrees that as a condition of winning, BIG 105.9 FM and all other participating advertisers shall have the right to publicize and/or broadcast his or her name, likeness, voice and the fact that he or she won the contest and all matter's incidental thereto.
  3. BIG 105.9 FM, Clear Channel, Inc., and their employees do not accept any liability for and will be held harmless against loss, damages, inconveniences, delay, injury, accident, expenses, work related issues or negligence due to inaccuracy arising out of provisions or services failure to provide services.
  4. The prize must be claimed at BIG 105.9 FM.  Winner must sign a Winner’s Release Form and in some cases a Trip Release Form in order to claim the prize.

   9.   In some cases, winner must provide a valid Passport or other forms of proof of citizenship.
10.  Contests may be changed or terminated at any time at the discretion of BIG105.9 FM. All
            changes shall be posted and made readily available to prospective entrants.  A complete
