Welcome everybody! So the powers that be have finally shown me how to update this page...it only took 9 months so we're ahead of the game.

This is where I’ll post my daily musings, the majority of the time it will be sports related but I’ll also delve into the Happy Hemp along with Exotic Porn from time to time.

Today, it's sports as we head into a long July 4th weekend.

The Marlins picked up another win yesterday as disposed of the Nationals 4-2. The Fish were losing this one 2-0 until they exploded for 4 runs over their final 3 at-bats. They remain 1 1/2 games back of the Phillies in the NL East as they spend the holiday weekend in Colorado to face the Rockies.

Elsewhere the Heat's Michael Beasley had his first practice yesterday...and promptly got injured when he took an elbow to the chest...somewhere in Oregon, Greg Oden is smiling.

Finally, fresh off of rumors that A-Rod is striking a nude pose with Madonna we learn today that Mr. & Mrs. A-Rod are separating after 5 years of marriage and 2 kids. You'll remember that last year A-Rod was spotted in Toronto with a buxom blonde stripper...Good to see he's moved on to a 50 year-old former virgin.

Well there is entry #1...Yay!

I'll be at Yankee Stadium Saturday for the Sox-Yanks (3:55p on FOX), I'll be wearing all my Sox garb, which means I’ll probably get my ass kicked by the 4th inning!
