Name: David Frank Howard LaMont

Family: My wife, a multiple winner at the Goodwill Games and Waterboarding Festivals, has bred me two very large male children with which I will eventually rule the world. Or at least spend their scholarship money on a villa in Italy.

Hobbies: Signing up for events and failing to show, golf, drinking beer and wine, often at the same time, asking Paul for concert tickets (free of course) and ripping my own career to anyone who will listen.

Ten things about me!

1) If I could live in St. Andrews, Scotland off the 18th fairway of the Old Course I would.

2) Peanut butter is to me what drugs were to Hendrix.

3) I firmly believe the best ice cream ever is Graeter's in Cincinnati.

4) Contrary to what you might think, I have never been in a fight.

5) Irony? I can't swim but my wife earned a swimming scholarship and competed in the Olympic Trials.

6) I have the best hair of any "play by play" announcer in America.

7) I have covered Super Bowls, announced games at the NCAA Tournament, been to the NBA Finals, bowl games, the NHL playoffs, All-Star games, but my all time favorite event to announce remains the College World Series.

8). I feel one of our country's biggest problems is the attention paid to "Jersey Shore".

9) A dream of mine is to attend a "Family Guy" table read...I think Seth MacFarlane is the most talented voice actor ever...with all apologies to Mel "Bugs Bunny" Blanc and also the cast of my favorite show ever "The Simpsons"

10). Remember the line on my old page about raising "super large children so they can gain vengeance on those who have wronged me?" IT'S NOT A JOKE!!!!
